James H. Andrews

1970-2006

James Hilton “Buck” Andrews, 36, of Osyka, died Sept. 5, 2006, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Visitation is 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hartman Funeral Home of McComb, and 9 a.m. Friday until services there at 11 a.m. Bro. Bobby Holder will officiate.

Mr. Andrews was born June 18, 1970, in McComb. He was the son of Peggy S. Andrews of Osyka and the late Reggie Ward Andrews Sr.

He was a truck driver for 19 years. He was a member of Line Creek Baptist Church and Silver Springs Baptist Church. He was a loving, devoted father of three children.

Survivors include his mother; a son, Jacob Hilton “Jake Brake” Andrews of Osyka; two daughters, Kellie Leigh “Baby Girl” Andrews and Jamie Lynn “Bear Bear” Andrews, both of Progress; two brothers, Reggie Ward Andrews Jr. and Edward Wayne Andrews, both of Osyka; two nieces, Samantha and Alexis Berryhill, both of Progress; a nephew, Andrew Berryhill of Progress; and numerous friends.

Pallbearers will be Steve Jones, Hank Jones, Eugene Jones, J.L. Jones, Damon Jones and Wayne Berryhill.
