James L. “Jimmy” Hall

1939-2006

James “Jimmy” Hall, 67, of McComb, died Sept. 28, 2006, at his residence.

Visitation is 5 to 9 tonight at Hartman Funeral Home of McComb and will continue at the funeral home at 9 a.m. until graveside services at 11 a.m. in Hollywood Cemetery. The Rev. Rick Kennedy will officiate.

Mr. Hall was born March 19, 1939, in Natchez. He was the son of Arney and Mary Francis McEwen Hall.

He was a paint contractor and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, George Hall.

Survivors include his wife Ramona Hall of McComb; two daughters and a son-in-law, Holly C. and Ben Lewis of Richmond, Va., and Amy Hall of Hattiesbug; a sister, Joann Benton and husband Howard of Bunkie, La.; two grandchildren, Acadia and Ivan Lewis of Richmond; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be David Young, Jerry Burt, James Fenn, Lea Gibbs, Cecil Boyd and Phillip Evans.
